So today my husband, my 16 year old son and myself went for our passports and a ID. Came there at half past 7 and left at 10am. Only problem we had to go pay upstairs with only one cashier booth. If there was more cashier booths we would have been out by 9am. But I must mention the queing system worked friendly staff and I would recommend all my family and friends to go there.
