    I called the clinic to find out what time they close. A gentleman at reception told me they close at 15h00 and I told him I was in my way.
    I arrived at the clinic at 13h00 and the doors were closed. I thought that there might be another entrance, another gentleman (Phuti) took a pleasure of ridiculing me and told me I must wait there he will get somebody to open for me. 10 minutes later I went around to notice another door and a staff member (Lindi). I then asked where the entrance was and she told me they were closed. I told her that I was informed that the clinic closes at 15h00 then she laughed and said yes it closes at 15h00 but today they can't let more people in due to some "circumstances" I demanded to know what those circumstances where, then she told me I should have taken the name of the gentleman I spoke to on the phone. I asked her what difference would that make since she tells me Thaler are close and contradicts the fact that i was told that the clinic closes at 15h00. She told me it would make a big difference.

    I then insisted on her giving me somebody I could report the matter. She said she will call the sister in charge for me. Minutes later she told me to come in and put my name down.

    I then went in and assumed that I have to go to reception to put my name down. When I got to reception where there was about 5 people sitting there, they told me I must go to the kitchen. I was confused since I did not even know where the kitchen was and what I was gonna do at the kitchen. I asked them why should I go to the kitchen, they told me that's where my "matter" will be resolved. Then the other lady went to some office and asked where I should go and the lady in that office told her I must just sit down. I then asked the lady if I shouldn't register my name she said she doesn't know. Then another patient pointed me to the register by the door where I needed to put my name.

    The lady that I first spoke to outside came and told me she did tell me about the book of which didn't . I asked for their complaints line and she pointed me to a suggestion box laughing telling me I should report there. The disturbing fact of the matter is not only about the attitude of this particular staff member and the rest, but that she also smelled alcohol which made more agitated.
