Nightmare!!!
I was horrified by the lack of staff and help I received while trying to apply for my passport!!! This is a good place to stay away from not sure why I ever stopped applying at Randfontein.

Application for SA citizenship
I am so dissapointed in the service at Krugersdorp Home Affairs...After a year of doing all they "don't" do...I receiced an answer this morning that I cannot do their work on their behalf, I must go back to them. They ar rude an very unhelpful, and this is my second case with them, and my feeling is that they are not at all helpfull!!
I rated professionalism high. Staff is professional, but not knowledgeable. I phoned to ask what I must take with, the requirments for replacing ID differs from the site requirements.
No one knows if you need affidavit or not, no one knows if I need proof of residince ??? so You drive 2 hours to make U-Turn still not knowing what is needed. TIP : perhaps have this on your site

REplacing of ID document - (lost previous ID)
Good day.

Awesome service from Shadrack at Krugersdorp Home Affairs
Went to renew my son's passport - we were done & dusted in 30 minutes! Shadrack was at the desk helping us & while he was waiting for a customer to fill in her form instead of waiting for her which took 10 minutes, he called us through & helped us at the same time with an awesome friendly attitude - can't get better service than this from a Home Affairs Office .... can't say the same for Randburg Home Affairs who have rude staff!
