I am here for u dear... Really!
I have visited a few SARS office in the past and i must say Pta North office but be the worst office to visit. When you entre the office Queue Manager looks very helpfull. But not once are you informed on how the system work. You get a piece of faded paper on which you mark you enquiry and then you wait. Start playing musical chairs, moving from the one waiting area to the next. Until you get a number 50 min later. Then you move back to you move to another waiting area and you start waiting all over again. The when you ask a question you get told "dont warrie my dear i am here for you" really like that makes everything better. To top it off there is 20+ counters and only 10 people working at those counters. Why not just give you a ticket number when you walk in, this is truly a bad experiance not to mention confusing like hell.
